Starting August 2022
- IB PYP PE Teacher (Part-time):
The successful applicant will be a qualified Physical Education teacher, experienced in working with primary school aged students, and ideally with IB experience/training.
Teachers must be fluent English speakers and, although not necessary, knowledge of German is regarded as an asset.
- IB PYP Classroom Teacher:
The successful applicant will be a qualified Primary School classroom teacher, ideally with experience and IB PYP training.
Primary classroom teachers must be native-English speakers and, although not necessary, knowledge of German is regarded as an asset.
- IB DP Biology & IB MYP General Science Teacher:
The successful applicant will be a fluent English speaker, with a teaching qualification and classroom experience. The position will include teaching DP Biology and MYP Science. IB training is recommended and knowledge of German is beneficial.
- MYP Design & DP Computer Science Teacher:
The successful applicant will be a fluent English speaker, with a degree in design/computer science, a teaching qualification and relevant experience. IB training is recommended and knowledge of German is beneficial.
Responsibilities will include part-time IT support of colleagues, therefore experience and knowledge of Apple is essential.
- After School Programme Co-ordinator (part-time):
H.I.S. requires an enthusiastic After School Programme Co-ordinator.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children of primary and secondary school age, speak fluent English with some knowledge of German and possess excellent organisational and communication skills (with students, parents and colleagues).
The position is for 20 hours per week, of which 13 will be after school, starting at 15:00 (Monday through Friday).
There will be no After School Programme during school holidays.
