Our Grade 11 IB Chemistry students spent two exciting days at the BASF Teens Lab, completing over ten hours of practical work. They synthesized aspirin while exploring key concepts like chemical equilibrium, reaction yields, and pharmaceutical processes.

The trip also encouraged reflection on green chemistry, showing that sustainability in the industry is still a challenge.
