5. How is new staff recruited, and from where?

Faculty are recruited around the world. Faculty and staff openings are listed on our website (see "Employment Opportunities"), the websites of the Council of International Schools and the Association of German International Schools, and in local newspapers.

Class and homeroom teachers must be native speakers of English. Other language teachers are native speakers of the language they teach. Many different countries are represented among our staff.
